Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery of complex IT application development projects. This role will oversee a cross-functional team including Solution Architects, Java Developers, and Mulesoft Engineers, ensuring alignment across design, development, and deployment phases
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution delivery across full lifecycle – from requirement gathering to deployment – for Java-based enterprise applications.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and business stakeholders to validate functional and technical designs
- Coordinate cross-functional development teams, including Java, Spring Boot, Mulesoft, and frontend developers.
- Manage technical issue resolution, release planning, and support post-production stabilization.
- Oversee project timelines, status reporting, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Guide teams in adopting best practices in software design, performance optimization, and CI/CD processes.
- Facilitate collaboration between IT, business users, and third-party vendors as required.
Required Skills:
- 8–10 years of experience managing Java-based enterprise application projects.
- Strong technical foundation in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and modern integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft).
- Proven experience leading development teams and delivering scalable application solutions.
- Excellent understanding of technical solutioning, system design, and architecture discussions.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business functions.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
- GenAi Experience is good to have
