Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect with 10+ years of enterprise-level expertise to lead our GenAI integration initiatives and guide technical strategy across multiple development teams. This role combines deep technical leadership with hands-on development experience, focusing on architecting and implementing scalable GenAI solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and manage a team of developers in a fullstack development environment
- Define the integration strategy for GenAI models (LLMs, etc.) into existing and new systems
- Lead the technical vision and roadmap for GenAI solutions within the SDLC
- Ensure alignment of GenAI solutions with business needs and technical feasibility
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategies at the enterprise level
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to define solution requirements
Technical Architecture & Development
- Define data pipelines and infrastructure requirements for GenAI model training, deployment, and monitoring
- Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Python, Angular, and Java
- Integrate and work with Agentic AI frameworks or other GenAI models/APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Google Vertex AI)
- Design and deploy scalable microservices-based solutions
- Implement serverless or containerized solutions for optimal scalability and cost efficiency
DevOps & Security
- Establish and maintain basic CI/CD pipeline control gates
- Implement vulnerability detection and remediation processes
- Ensure OWASP attack prevention measures are integrated throughout the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams in an Agile environment
- Ensure code quality through peer reviews, test automation, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise software development and architecture
- Proven track record of leading and managing development teams
- Deep expertise in fullstack development with Python, Angular, and Java
- Extensive experience with GenAI technologies, LLMs, and AI model integration
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Google Vertex AI, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI frameworks and their practical applications
- Expertise in designing and implementing microservices architectures
- Experience with serverless computing and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices, including OWASP guidelines and vulnerability management
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Technical Expertise Required
- Programming Languages: Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript
- AI/ML Technologies: Large Language Models (LLMs), GenAI APIs, Agentic AI frameworks
- Cloud Platform: AWS
- Architecture Patterns: Microservices, serverless, event-driven architecture
- Data Technologies: Data pipeline design, ML model deployment and monitoring
- Security: OWASP security practices, vulnerability assessment and remediation
- DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, infrastructure as code
- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with specific GenAI platforms (OpenAI GPT models, Google Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI)
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and model lifecycle management
- Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and API management
- Certifications in cloud platforms or AI/ML technologies
- Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.)
- Track record of successful GenAI project implementations
