Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Scrum Masters to lead Agile practices for our client’s cutting-edge GenAI initiatives in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to AI-driven innovation in a regulated industry, while supporting highly technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a servant leader and Agile coach for GenAI product teams.
- Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure sprint objectives align with strategic goals.
- Identify and eliminate impediments to maintain team momentum.
- Drive Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure delivery is aligned with compliance, standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to the P&C insurance industry.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- SAFe Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps, and release management processes.
- Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple Agile teams and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, additional SAFe credentials).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, including GitHub, Rally, CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working across non-production and production environments in regulated industries.
- Prior experience with AI/ML or GenAI projects in an enterprise context is a plus.
