Position Overview:

We are seeking a Delivery Lead with deep expertise in Gen AI technologies and enterprise full-stack application delivery to lead the end-to-end execution of high-impact projects. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Java, Angular, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Gen AI frameworks, and excels at managing cross-functional teams, technical design, and stakeholder engagement across the full SDLC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the delivery of Gen AI-based applications and enterprise full-stack solutions
• Architect solutions using Java, Angular, Spring Boot, and REST APIs with Gen AI integration
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and direction to engineering teams
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and designers to align requirements and outcomes
• Oversee the development lifecycle: release planning, sprint execution, code reviews, and change management
• Ensure quality, performance, and scalability across microservices and UI layers
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Serve as a primary liaison between engineering teams and executive stakeholders

Required Technical Expertise:

• Gen AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools, LLM integration (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face), prompt engineering, and AI-based application delivery
• Java & Spring Boot: Strong command of backend development using modern Java frameworks
• Angular (or React): Proficient in building responsive UI applications
• REST APIs: Expertise in designing, consuming, and securing APIs
• CI/CD & DevOps: Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, and automation tools
• Software Architecture: Strong foundation in microservices, event-driven systems, and modular design
• Cloud Awareness: Exposure to deploying applications in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise applications
• Proven leadership in building and deploying AI-enhanced full-stack applications
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and delivery methodologies
• Track record of managing diverse technical teams and delivering to aggressive timelines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good-to-Have:

• Experience working in regulated industries such as insurance or financial services
• Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and API gateways
• Familiarity with vector databases, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), and transformer models
• Knowledge of Agile scaled frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
