Position Overview:

We are seeking an AI Solutions Specialist to embed directly within business functions and drive end-to-end delivery of AI-powered workflows and operational solutions.

This role combines AI prototyping, business discovery, workflow automation, and stakeholder collaboration. You will work closely with SMEs and operational teams to identify high-impact opportunities, rapidly prototype AI-enabled solutions, and drive adoption of new workflows powered by Generative AI technologies.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments, moves quickly from concept to execution, and is passionate about delivering measurable business outcomes using AI.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Discovery & Business Enablement

• Partner with business stakeholders and SMEs to understand operational workflows, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI and automation opportunities based on business impact and implementation feasibility
• Translate business processes into AI-enabled workflows and practical solution concepts
• Conduct workshops and collaborative sessions to validate use cases and solution approaches

AI Solution Development & Rapid Prototyping

• Design, prototype, and iterate AI-powered tools and automations using modern GenAI technologies
• Build working prototypes leveraging:
  • Claude
  • AWS Bedrock
  • Azure OpenAI
  • LangChain
  • N8N
  • OpenSearch
  • Snowflake
  • Unstructured
  • Cursor/Kiro
  • Python
• Integrate LLMs, workflow orchestration, retrieval systems, and structured/unstructured data pipelines
• Rapidly validate concepts and discontinue low-value initiatives when necessary

Workflow Automation & Adoption

• Work directly with end users during testing, rollout, and adoption phases
• Observe user behavior and optimize workflows based on real-world usage patterns
• Drive operational adoption by resolving usability challenges and continuously improving workflows
• Track workflow effectiveness, user engagement, and process improvements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Data, Operations, and Business teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and delivery reviews
• Share reusable components, best practices, and implementation learnings with the broader AI team
• Support AI governance, explainability, and responsible AI practices where applicable

Required Qualifications:

Technical Skills

• 3–7 years of experience in AI solutions, enterprise SaaS, consulting, product operations, workflow automation, or related domains
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered applications, workflows, or automations
• Strong working knowledge of:
  • Generative AI platforms and APIs (Claude, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI)
  • LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks
  • Workflow automation platforms such as N8N
  • OpenSearch or vector-based retrieval systems
  • Snowflake, SQL, and structured data querying
  • Python scripting and automation
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services including:
  • S3
  • Lambda
  • Bedrock
  • OpenSearch

• Familiarity with human-in-the-loop workflow design
• Experience in consulting, professional services, product management, or research operations
• Exposure to industries such as energy, financial services, insurance, or enterprise data platforms
• Experience supporting AI adoption, change management, or user enablement initiatives
