Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Data Scientist with deep expertise in Gen AI and LLMs to join our growing analytics team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy applying advanced machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems and are comfortable working in platforms like Palantir Foundry for deployment, collaboration, and visualization.

The ideal candidate combines technical depth with strong business acumen and thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy predictive models using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model optimization across varied datasets
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and data engineers to scope problems and deliver actionable insights
• Use Palantir Foundry for data access, transformation, model deployment, and cross-functional collaboration
• Develop and present compelling data stories through reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Monitor and refine model performance post-deployment in production environments
• Document modeling logic, assumptions, and validation steps to ensure reproducibility and transparency

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis
• Hands-on experience working with Gen AI models and LLMs
• Proficient in Python and ML libraries: scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, XGBoost, etc.
• Solid understanding of classification, regression, clustering, time series, and evaluation techniques
• Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets
• Prior experience using Palantir Foundry for modeling, collaboration, or deployment workflows
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights for business users

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in domains such as insurance, finance, healthcare, or manufacturing
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based development workflows
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Foundry Dashboards
