Position Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a unique blend of data engineering and Generative AI experience. This individual will lead the planning and delivery of projects involving ETL pipelines, data migration, and Gen AI integration. A strong engineering background and the ability to manage multi-vendor teams while collaborating with both IT and Data Office stakeholders is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects involving ETL, data warehousing, cloud ingestion, and Gen AI solutions
- Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to scope, design, and implement Gen AI-based use cases
- Lead issue triage and support for downstream applications and integrations
- Oversee team alignment across delivery milestones, risks, and reporting
- Drive sprint planning, stakeholder communication, and change management
- Act as the technical voice for delivery, bridging engineering and business objectives
Must-Have Skills:
- 8+ years of technical project leadership with a strong data engineering background
- Experience in ETL, data migration, SQL, and cloud platforms (especially AWS)
- Proven delivery experience involving Gen AI solutions (e.g., LLM integration, prompt engineering, or AI APIs)
- Preferred: Familiarity with Snowflake, Lambda, and real-time data pipelines
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities
