Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Microsoft Dynamics Developer with strong Azure and C#/.NET experience to support and enhance business-critical applications. The role will focus on production support, Dynamics-related integrations, cloud operations, disaster recovery readiness, and ongoing cybersecurity vulnerability remediation. 

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a run-and-change environment, handling production issues, developing cloud-based solutions, and driving remediation activities through controlled release processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 production support, including incident triage, defect resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive improvements.
  • Maintain and enhance Microsoft Dynamics integrations and APIs.
  • Develop and maintain Azure Functions using C#/.NET and integrate them with Azure messaging and storage services.
  • Perform application monitoring, operational maintenance, and performance tuning.
  • Support Disaster Recovery (DR) readiness, including runbooks, testing, and resilience improvements.
  • Review and triage cloud security and vulnerability findings and drive timely remediation.
  • Plan and implement code, configuration, and infrastructure fixes through UAT and Production following established change controls.
  • Manage remediation backlogs and prioritize issues based on severity, exploitability, and operational impact.
  • Support .NET technology upgrades and related business change initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release automation using Azure DevOps.
  • Create automated tests and integration verification using tools such as Postman.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, engineering, availability, and audit requirements.

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM, including customization and integration concepts.
  • Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET and Azure Functions.
  • Strong knowledge of core Microsoft Azure services and deployment patterns.
  • Experience with Azure Service Bus, including queues, topics, retries, and dead-letter handling.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, including pipelines, approvals, artifacts, and environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Key Vault, secrets/certificates, and managed identity.
  • Experience with Azure Blob Storage, including security and lifecycle management.
  • Strong experience with Entity Framework and data access.
  • Experience troubleshooting and validating APIs using Postman.
  • Proven experience supporting highly available production systems.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of secure coding practices and cloud security controls.
  • Experience working in regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with formal IT change management and release processes.
  • Experience with disaster recovery and production resilience practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive issues from discovery through remediation, production verification, and documentation.
