Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer – Agentic AI to join our healthcare technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java-based enterprise application development combined with hands-on experience building Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions. You will play a key role in designing and developing intelligent, cloud-native applications that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and modern microservices architecture to solve complex healthcare challenges.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies while building secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade healthcare solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Build and integrate Agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain4j, Spring AI, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent AI frameworks.
• Develop scalable REST APIs and microservices supporting AI-powered healthcare applications.
• Design and deploy cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Vertex AI).
• Develop data integration and retrieval solutions using SQL, NoSQL, and Vector Databases.
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy them on Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Follow Agile development practices and contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:

• 8–10 years of experience in enterprise software development.
• Strong expertise in Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Hands-on experience building Agentic AI or Generative AI applications using:
  • LangChain4j
  • Spring AI
  • Semantic Kernel
  • Python-based AI frameworks
• Experience developing microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including:
  • GKE
  • Cloud Run
  • Pub/Sub
  • Vertex AI
  • Cloud Spanner or Bigtable
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and Vector Databases such as:
  • pgvector
  • Pinecone
  • Vertex AI Vector Search
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing AI-powered healthcare applications.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR or HL7.
• Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI agent orchestration, and LLM evaluation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to cloud security and compliance within healthcare environments.
