Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architecture Lead to serve as the principal architect and technical authority responsible for designing, validating, and implementing secure, scalable, and innovative technology solutions across enterprise platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Architecture, Advanced Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, and Enterprise Integration. This role will lead multiple strategic initiatives focused on integrating AI capabilities into enterprise data platforms while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and business objectives.

The Senior Solution Architecture Lead will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams, driving architecture strategy and technical excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Architecture & Solution Design

• Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise technology solutions.
• Define target-state architectures for AI, analytics, and data warehouse modernization initiatives.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and business goals.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, and best practices for enterprise systems.

Artificial Intelligence & Advanced Analytics

• Lead initiatives integrating Generative AI capabilities into Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse platforms.
• Design scalable AI-enabled architectures supporting advanced analytics and decision-making.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging AI technologies and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify and deliver AI-driven business solutions.

Data & Cloud Architecture

• Architect enterprise data platforms and advanced analytics solutions.
• Design and optimize:
  • Data Warehouses
  • Data Lakes
  • Cloud-native Analytics Platforms
  • Data Integration Frameworks
• Provide technical leadership for cloud implementations across:
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Develop cloud deployment strategies and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform.

Integration & Platform Engineering

• Design secure and scalable integration architectures across complex enterprise environments.
• Establish best practices for data integration, API management, and platform interoperability.
• Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and resilience of enterprise systems.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead cross-functional technical teams and provide architecture governance and technical oversight.
• Mentor architects, engineers, and development teams on solution design and implementation best practices.
• Collaborate with executives, business leaders, and technology teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Facilitate architecture reviews, design sessions, and strategic planning initiatives.

Documentation & Governance

• Develop and maintain:
  • Architecture diagrams
  • Solution designs
  • Technical standards
  • Best practice guidelines
  • Enterprise documentation
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture frameworks, security policies, and governance standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in:
  • Enterprise Architecture
  • Data Warehousing
  • Advanced Analytics Platforms
  • Data Modeling and Solution Design
• Minimum 3 years of experience designing architectures that integrate Generative AI capabilities into Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse platforms.
• Minimum 5 years of cloud architecture experience using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading cross-functional technical teams and driving enterprise technology initiatives.
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and implementing secure, scalable enterprise integration architectures.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with:
